Wagyu’s menu is a celebration of the best steakhouse experiences brought to you in one symphony. With home dry-aged meats and fine cuts from the US, Spain and the ‘Darling Downs’ region in Australia, including succulent entrecote, ribeye, sirloin, tenderloin, tomahawk and T-bone. New Zealand lamb and pork is also featured, and all meat and fish are grilled to perfection using a Josper and a Beech Grill Oven, ensuring optimum moisture and a melt-in-the-mouth tenderness with every bite.
